Note:

Compatibility issues
Unfortunately this app is unreliable due to its instability.
It worked fine initially but then lost contact with the printer and wifi, and despite numerous attempts to reconnect I ended up ditching the app because all my other devices were networking just fine.
I’ve found that my Apple and Microsoft products can connect to the printer easily enough without the need for the app anyway. Although by using this method you can’t get ink level info on your phone screen for example, that’s a minor issue.
All I want is for the printer to actually print when I need it to, without tantrum-like messages screaming that it (allegedly) “can’t find the network”.
Would be great if Lexmark can sort out a decent app to keep pace with rival manufacturers, because this is a sure-fire way of losing customers in what is a very competitive market.
Cannot print A4?!
I loaded this app onto my new iPhone 14 pro expecting to be able to easily print from my Lexmark colour laser printer.
Unfortunately whatever I do, either in the app or in the printer settings itself, it won’t print a full size A4 print. It will only print on half of the paper. It prints the whole of the image, but only on half of the paper.
I have tried everything I can think of, and nobody else can figure it out either.
Also, it often won’t work connect to my printer straight away, even though it can see it.
Ease of use is generally great, if only it would print on a full sheet of A4.
Just keeps crashing
App constantly dies when clicking on the selected printer (device).
