Useless
This was the app recommended by Xerox to support my printer. I have attempted to use it to pull a scan onto my phone, something my old HP inkjet could do easily. But the app doesn’t support scanning, only printing it seems. I can print from my phone and other devices without needing the app so what purpose does it serve. I still cannot get scans off my Xerox - buyers remorse and won’t buy or recommend a Xerox to anyone.

I downloaded the app with the intention of ordering consumables, but my experience with it has been extremely disappointing. While I can see the printer, I am unable to establish a connection. When I reached out to Xerox support for assistance, the engineer advised me to search online for the printer manual and try to resolve the issue myself. Can you believe that?
My advice would be not to bother with this app.
