Staff
Reception staff are always polite and helpful. They work hard to keep the premises clean. The site offers an impressive range of classes and wide opening times for swimming and gym use. My children all had swimming lessons here and I came myself as child with my primary school.
Useful but some issues
The app is useful in that it allows you to book sessions at the gym. It is quite inconsistent though. For example if you book a gym session, it will populate the appointment to your calendar. It won’t do this if you book a swim session.
The app also requires you to re-enter your details. Every time you make a booking which seems unnecessary and I’m sure could be easily fixed.
The app also has some issues with connecting to the main site with a number of buttons, needing to be pressed repeatedly for an action is taken.
Beyond poor - clunky, repetitive & doesn’t even work
I had high hopes for this App, but that was quickly dashed. It is poorly designed and thought out.
It doesn’t remember my login details every time I open the App. Why?
I cannot book a swimming session via it, instead it takes me to the LifeLeisure website. In fact it isn’t even a stand alone App, but rather a very poor re-hash of the website. Made a booking online instead, BUT App says I have no bookings, I’ll just stick with the email that says I have…
There is a ‘make a booking’ link but for swimming it doesn’t actually let you select anything but “master swim” and guess what?… that doesn’t exist.
All in all a completely laughable and utterly useless app. Did they actually beta test it with members before launching?
Forgive the tone, but I can sum this App up in three words: Utter - Dog - Sh**
