Too many glitches
As others have said, this is potentially a really good app, and it’s certainly more convenient than having to use the old website but, BUT it won’t load regularly (or does so dial-up slowly), and times out and presents issues far too often. I have a 6S and 4G; it’s not me. Even on WiFi it’s really unreliable. I’ve probably got a few ‘no shows’ against my name on my membership because I’ve tried to use the app to cancel but it wouldn’t work, and I mean for hours, on multiple occasions. Please invest a bit and improve it!
Needs more development
Potentially a good app! Doesn’t currently replicate the same information that the old website content offered though...
Centre Opening hours - can’t seem to find them in the app
Gym opening hours - I can book on a class but what time the gym opens and closes I can’t see
