Lindywell Pilates with Robin Long
Started with this app in 2021, had practiced Pilates in a studio before. Covid 3 - 5 times a week. Now I follow Robin I am more consistent and practice daily. The Monday-Friday calendar is great and at weekend I choose a favourite or something from the Library. I must make full benefit of the membership and start making from the recipes which look delicious. Being a Brit the cup measurements and ingredient list can be confusing!
Great new app
Beautiful, fresh look, easy to navigate and keep track of your workouts. Only suggestion (for me!) is in the Lindywell calendar it would be handy to know which workouts I’ve done, eg having a tick or coloured background or something on the completed workouts would be great.

The only wellness/fitness programme that I’ve consistently done almost for 2 years now. Varied, supportive, real and full of brilliant recipes and breath work as well as great home Pilates. And you get to see the beautiful beach every day, bonus!
