Check your Davaar is up to date

This version would not work on my iPad .... it turned out that I was running an old version of Davaar on my Akurate DSM ... once I updated to latest version, Kazoo worked fine once again

Hi Halycyondaze. I can advise that Kazoo is not corrupt. If you would care to raise a report to Linn from Kazoo, this will provide us details to look into your issue. I suspect you are not running the latest version of DS software. This is currently Davaar 65.

Simple Resolution

I had a problems which I thought were caused by Kazoo but which were in my system. Kazoo have a ‘Report to Linn’ tab in the Settings section. Try this before writing a bad review and you may save yourself a lot of stress. They were great, and my problems were quickly identified and resolved.

In order to assist you in getting the most from Kazoo, could you use the report to Linn feature and advise of your issues and I will assist you in resolving them?
If you could advise which Media Server you are using, this would also be useful.

Not perfect but ......

Things are not perfect but when it does work it’s a great tool and it’s FREE! Generally it’s not Kazoo that’s not working but my own WiFi and when it is Kazoo then a quick delete and a fresh download cures it. Tried a £100 a year app to replace it and found I far preferred Kazoo, and its FREE!
