Great app except the offer section which strike as spam
The review is about app purely, not the account.
The app interface and features are great. Everything which you can do from pretty much any other bank app is possible and in more attractive and colorful interface. Thumbs up for that. The app offers great deal of control over account.
Downside, there is no way edit which widgets it displays on main page. For instance, Special offers and local dinner suggestions are always there, to me it strikes as annoying advertisement. There should be a way to manage if i want to see this section or not.

Possibly the worst bank in the world
Everything about this bank is bad. You can only get support through the app, and it doesn’t work half the time. They almost ruined my credit score because the app is so buggy and down so often. Can’t pay my credit card most the time because the app doesn’t work.
I got so mad at them for messing up once and refused to entertain their infuriating chat bot and had to speak to someone so I had to go full Karen to their poor support chat team to talk to a human(?) over the phone. They kept telling me it’s impossible to call, but I doubled down on my Karening till a manager called me and they couldn’t even solve my problem.
Please, don’t risk your mental health. Do not download. I beg. If a genie granted me three wishes, I would wish Liv to go bankrupt, their AI chatbot to experience eternal AI hell, and for whoever thought Liv was a good idea to be put in a cell with nothing but their app so they can think about what they’ve done for the rest of their life.
Disaster!!!!! The worse service EVER!!!
To install and to get the card it was easier then ever, but try to close your account 😅 Mission impossible!!! They don’t have customer support by phone! If you call to Emirates NBD they will say it is only online service and no direct number to contact. So they have only the chat in the app! I have message 100times I want to cancel my card to speak with someone and waiting time is like 9 house till somebody will reply to you! And you will be lucky if you will be on your phone that time, cuz if not you have to start everything from scratch! So after 100 time trying someone opened the request to cancel my card but it’s already 1 month and no response back🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and of course I am charged each month for subscription and no ways to close it! Honestly I would rate it as no.1 legal FRAUD SERVICE EVER😅
