About Subscription
The app contains Yearly subscription at price $19.99.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

We've redesigned the main screen to prevent duplicate file uploads and introduced an automatic language detection feature. This enhancement ensures that the language for transcription is accurately selected, reducing errors and streamlining the user experience. These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to improve usability based on your feedback.

If it works, don’t fix it.

Suddenly the Transcriber App changed overnight without warning. The font is too small, despite adjusting it to its largest setting. I had subscribed for 12 months (from February) and it now appear to be asking me to pay again. I have been unable to find any contact email addresses to be able to clarify my situation. This is not helpful to someone who is profoundly deaf and had been using the app on a daily basis to communicate with family, friends and doctors and consultants. I am bereft! What consolation can you offer me?

The most important function of the app hasn't changed; you can still recognize voice input, but now it takes one less button press. We will increase the font size in the upcoming update this week. The recent update was due to our gradual transition to an improved speech-to-text algorithm. Therefore, we expect longer speech recognition times and the addition of much-needed punctuation soon.
