Doesn’t do it’s one job
The main functionality of this app is allow the user to add a digital gift card and that doesn’t work, what the hell.
Was already reported in May this year that the ‘+’ button doesn’t work and still in December it’s the same.
How long does it take to fix? Why not have the same functionality or an alternative on your website? Why do I have to phone your customer services to sort it out?
Total Failure
I can’t believe that a company that is primarily focused on providing a digital only gift card service to customers via an app would have such a poor app.
The app is the vehicle with which the gift card is activated and accessed. How could they not have developed a better app? Incredible!!!!
I am amazed this app got through the Apple verification process.
Terrible terrible app
This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. Literally nothing works properly. You cannot load a card. You cant click some input boxes. The 2fa autofill doesn’t work. I actually can’t believe they put this on the app store. Its a joke.
