I give no stars because the app is useless.
You can’t create an account
You can’t put your booking reference in
You cannot do anything regarding your booking that you did online
All you can do is search for flights or hotels,
I wanted to change my address. I was auto advised to download the app to do it, but I couldn’t do it.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP
It makes me wonder if the holiday arrangements will be as awful as this app and that my £2k payment could go down the drain.
Holiday
We booked for August, download the app had booking details confirmed but can’t add the booking reference details to it. Disappointing, what’s the point of this app if you can only use it to search for flights, hotels or both but can’t save the details of the booking.
Can’t track bookings
Unlike other apps you are unable to access your bookings via the app which is why I downloaded it! Quite disappointing!

The developer, Gilnology, has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple.
