The M&S app gives you all the tools you need to enjoy more from M&S in the palm of your hand. From accessing Sparks – our exciting reward scheme – to shopping our entire online range, you can do it all on the go.
We really appreciate all your feedback and are working hard to build an even better M&S app for you. Stay tuned for upcoming enhancements.
Our rewards scheme makes good things happen every time you shop. From big treats to little thank yous and a charity donation with every scan, join Sparks for rewards you’ll love. Access your offers and treats with one tap and scan your card straight from your phone using the M&S app.
In store and can’t find your size? Use the search scanner to scan the barcode and buy your size there and then. We’ll deliver it to your home or nearest store at your convenience. You’ll never have to miss out on that must-have item again!
Been browsing M&S.com on the iPad in front of the TV or maybe had a sneaky look at lunchtime on your computer? If you start your shop on the website, simply log-in to the app and your basket will sync across devices.
Looking for your nearest store? Use the store finder to quickly find directions and you’ll be with us in no time.
While you can browse and purchase our extensive online range of ‘Food to Order’ and wine via the app, we also know that you love our in-store grocery range. With the app, access exclusive Sparks offers across food for use in store. You can also find the ‘Cook with M&S’ app under the More menu; the perfect accompaniment to the M&S app.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. M&S doesn't run GPS in the background unless you give permission by turning on optional features that require this.
We're always working on ways to improve the M&S app
With the latest updates to Mobile Pay Go, you can now skip the queues in over 300 stores. Just scan and pay all on your mobile

Navigating this app is much like visiting a Marks & Spencer flagship on the high street. It’s premium, clean and presented in a wonderfully straightforward manner. Excellently, you’re immediately greeted by some very decent offers (and the opportunity to receive more by signing up for Sparks, the members’ club) before sinking your teeth into the full arsenal of M&S offerings. Clothing, beauty, food and drink, school uniforms, gifts and flowers are all fully shoppable online. Or, if you’re feeling particularly active, you can search for the nearest store and collect your items there.
Problems with the M&S app
Have tried unsuccessfully for two weeks now to get resolution on the fact the app. no-longer works on either my iphone7 or new iPad. The app has been removed and reinstalled 10 times, the password has been changed five times. My phones cache has been wiped and a full reset done. The message I keep getting is “these details are not recognised”. If I try to re-register it says “these details already exist.” Yet I can go online and order with my details with no problem. I have made seven phone calls re this to M&S all promising technical will get back to me, no-one did. When it was suggested my phone and iPad were at fault I spent an hour on the phone to apple technical and they said the problem was the app as there is nothing wrong with the phone of iPad. Up until two weeks ago I used the app to order all the time. I got an email saying if you used the app to order I’d get £25 off, but because I can’t get into the app I can’t take advantage of the offer. I have even called my local store to see if they can contact someone internally that might get back to help me. It is ridiculous. In store told me my email was not on the system, yet I get emails all the time, in the past two weeks I’ve had emails about orders, emails about deliveries. Up until two weeks ago the app worked fine, I used it all the time. It appears to me there is a data input problem at the M&S end but no-one will check this out and get back to me. Very frustrating!
Very pleased with M&S food and home wares, please carry on. Your women’s clothing hasn’t been so exciting in recent years - it has been really great in the past, I’ve had some lovely things which I still have. Maybe you shouldn’t have departments like Autograph etc. Just make the general range really good and exciting. Clothing from long sleeved thermal vests in bright and exciting colours, through the chic-est little jackets in faux silk, all lovely. And we all love your underwear, wouldn’t go anywhere else. But, you need to keep quality up. Some jumpers etc recently have been poor and thin quality, which I wouldn’t buy. H&M eg produce more stylish jumpers with reasonable fabrics . I’d rather pay a bit more for better quality. We don’t want to see M&S diminish definitely not!!!
One thing I loathe about contemporary shopping are the boutiques within stores. I want to be able to go and look for eg raincoats and see the whole range, or jumpers or trousers and see the whole range. There could be a Per Una range within eg trousers ( which I think there is already), M&S aren’t too bad in displaying and keeping all together, but it needs to be noted. You don’t have to copy John Lewis or Selfridges - it is on the whole too confusing shopping for clothes in these places.
