That means 30,000+ products in your pocket ready to be delivered to your door at your chosen date and time.

In that case it’s easy, just log into the app with your usual details and you’ll find all your information, offers and Favourites there waiting for you.
What if you’re new to shopping for groceries online?
It only takes a moment to register and get shopping. Your most ordered items are automatically added to your Favourites, so the more you shop with the app, the quicker it gets.

Fab little app!
I have switched from shopping online with Asda to Sainsbury’s and the Sainsbury’s app is much better to use!
Firstly, (and this is such a small thing) the loading icon that is used, loved that it was a pumpkin over Halloween and now it’s a spinning mince pie! Keep adding new loading icons they are a giggle! Its also really easy to change and update my order, it’s shame you can amend the substitute options within the app and you have to do it on a desktop but it’s not a huge biggie (but may earn you 5 stars if that could be changed!) I like that it shows you “green delivery slots” to make you aware who else is having orders delivered within the area so they can try to reduce their carbon foot print (👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻) the recipes along the bottom are great too, would be fab if you could add the recipe food items to your basket within the app instead of taking you to an external web page but the next time you go into your order in the app from adding items on the website they are there and it’s all synced! Lots of product info in each item and images of the food, and it always tells you when you checkout what’s not available and what substitute they plan to give you so you can decide there and then if you want it or not!

Don’t shop online, out dated food, you might had well put your money in the bin, because that’s where your unused outdated items goYour order number:
Feedback: Hi, I would like too official complain about your out of date items, I’m a good customer but not happy with the following items you keep delivering, for instance the bread/ bread buns are hard and 1 day use on them, your vegetables and fruit are applauding, there not lasting more than a couple of days, I’m throwing more food away then I’m eating, also the same with your salad products, milk is also not lasting more than a couple of days, I’m bringing this to your attention because it’s happening constantly and has a lady with disability and unable to shop and get fresher food to last I think it is very unfair you treat a valid customer like this, and for future reference I will be doing my online shop elsewhere and stating my concerns to people who I also know ( who have asked if I’m having similar problems with your products) that I have complained, and for a outstanding consumer who boast about your products, it really is very disappointing, I will be copying and paste this email to consumers rights and all to happy to show them your products and the sorry state you sell, regards Hazel
IRREVOCABLY HORRENDOUS & UNUSABLE 9.5/10 TIMES
I set aside 2 hours in my day to place an order that used to take 15 minutes.
Sounds impossible because who would put up with it? Someone who can’t walk or move is who, I’m their prisoner! Eventually after numerous attempts when you ring Customer Services, they take forever to answer by which time you have reached the murderous stage and pray thanks you’re alone!
Even if you weren’t you still couldn’t do it as WHEN they eventually answer, the operators are all so sweet, apologetic etc., you can’t go on being murderous.
They then miraculously get the order through by hand. By which time I’m so relieved I’m gabbling my thanks, stress levels sink, all is well in the world - until about 72 hours later when one goes through the whole traumatic charade again.
When Sainsbury’s results were announced 10 days ago, the truly baffling part was that there were any results to report, rather than how far they’d fallen.
