Great! Just some minor feedback
This app is great and my go to way to shop. However i have some features that I think would really help if you guys are interested. I’d love it if when you scan an item the app didn’t lockup. Maybe show a placeholder item until it’s loaded. Therefore I can keep scanning rather than waiting as my 3G in store is poor and the WiFi in store doesn’t work. It’d also be great if you once scanned could tap the product and add / subtract products rather than scanning multiple tines or erasing all of them to start over.
All in all excellent product and I hope you guys will take my feedback on board ☺️

I’m not sure if the developers have ever used this app while shopping. I’ve now been using it for a few weeks and have found 2 areas which could be improved. I use an iPhone and prefer to hold it in my right hand (suggestion for Sainsbury’s: why not put a mount onto your trollies which will hold a phone?). I find it very awkward to tap the icon to scan an item while holding said item in my left hand and the phone in my right. Usually I have to tap using the tip of my right forefinger but it is a bit of a contortion! Please look into relocating the icon to a more accessible part of the screen. Secondly it is all too easy while holding the phone to trigger the app into thinking you’re ready to connect to the smart till to pay. Please consider making the icon for moving to the payment stage smaller. I know that there’s a back < link but the app is very slow to reload the list of purchased items.
As a lover of tec this app really excited me. But the reality of the product fell well short of my expectations. Firstly my local store does not appear on the list even though it has introduced the system. The in store staff could not explain why. They said however if I open the app in store it will connect. The problem with that is there is no service in store. They suggested connecting to an O2 wifi but given we are always told not to connect to public WiFi and this was a different service to the one provided before I am not happy with that solution.
There is a shopping list facilty on the app. However when you mark as complete it goes to a completed list. Therefore each time you create a list you will need to delete your previous list. On Wunderlist the items simply disappear once ticked and it is only if you select veiw completed items you see them.
For me not usable and am now deleting from my phone.
