Please add edit basket feature after checkout
During this lockdown period, carrefour has been my number 1 choice for grocery delivery . However, because I need to order about a week in advance , I sometimes end up needing things by the time my delivery is due. It would be great if we could edit the order upto 24/48 hours before delivery to add more items .
Please add this feature- it will help a lot of people !
Totally inaccurate ingredients info
I heavily rely on ingredients descriptions to make healthy choices in my grocery shopping. It’s very frustrating to receive products that don’t match the product description or ingredients list given on the website. For example, description shows naturally brewed soy sauce with only three ingredients. Product received is artificial containing preservatives and additives. Other things like Carrefour ice cream list milk, cream, sugar and caramel but when you zoom in, the ingredients list shows thickeners and other substances. The refund process should also be made simpler through the app rather than having to go through customer services.

Bad service
Whenever I order online it has glitches especially the frozen items are always in defrosted condition and fresh meat blood is always on frozen items pack such as nuggets etc. Delivery man says they are put together in the same bag that’s why blood is on packets.. I feel disappointing therefore I don’t order frozen items anymore. Beside this, whatever time slot is provided, delivery never comes in that time. Always gets very late. Worst thing is that I made last order in the morning and opted the delivery in 60 minutes as I had ifftar dinner at home. The whole day passed and no delivery showed up. And after waiting till late afternoon I ordered from Alfatah and got my stuff within 1 hour. Later I received apologies email which had no use. Carrefour services are degrading continuously. Very pathetic service.
