impossible to register
looks good but it is imposible to register. I got 5 times "the connexion has time out" and my connexion works perfectly.
Absolute joke of a company
Even if you get a confirmed booking hours in advance, they will cancel booking if cab not in area at time. Unapologetic on phone and blame 'system'. Left 15 year old girl stranded. Going to delete app for their safety.
Whose stupid idea was this?!
The old app was fantastic: simple, intuitive, easy to use. This new app is quite simply HORRENDOUS. There is absolutely NO evidence of it ever having been designed, in that design requires consideration of the user experience. This app has clearly been cobbled together by a 'geek' of some flavour who has exactly ZERO design capability or sensitivity. Having used Manchester Cars for years (since the days they were Oxford Cars), this app has led me to switch to a different cab company. So well done there! If you need a cab, AVOID THIS APP.
#UPDATE#: No changes to this simply terrible app. Still the most haphazard, illogical and anxiety-inducing way of performing the SIMPLE task of booking a cab. Absolute idiocy that they replaced their previous user-friendly app with this rubbish. Luckily there are much better taxi firms in Manchester. AVOID.
