Marmalade Drive 4+

1) I’ve had to install the app at least 5 times because it keeps crashing.
2) It doesn’t always record what you’ve done so it says I’ve travelled 0 miles when I’ve made a full journey - although I have a 3000 miles maximum distance in a year so I guess that’s a bonus.
3) If you don’t have WiFi at a place, you can’t press Start... I have friends who live in the middle of nowhere so it doesn’t send the signal.
4) It says it has sorted out bug fixes etc. Yeah right, you just have to keep reinstalling it over and over again. So when you’re in a place with no WiFi, you’re stuffed.
5) Still doesn’t tell you what journeys you’ve done so you have to login online.
6) If it’s just done a journey it sometimes allocates the wrong journey to when you’ve pressed Start. This means that instead of saying I drove to work (40 minutes journey) it says I drove a couple of metres. This was my mum driving it out of the garage. I pressed start right before I set off.
7) Would be great if it told you how many miles you’ve done in total because I have no idea what I have left as I have two jobs and drive to see friends so need to know if I am going to run out of mileage.

No info is coming up for any journeys i’m taking and i’ve only seen this recently, will be calling them as soon as possible but surely if this is an issue they would’ve been in contact with me for the 0 amount of data being sent to them regarding my driving???
Quite confused, hope they just don’t try somehow blame me as i’ve been clicking start before every single journey.
ALSO, I occasionally stall which obviously knocks the engine off- if i’m in the middle of a road i can’t click start on the app again but it’ll stop recording data and stop covering my insurance right????? CONFUSED. need to call them. don’t really think i should be having issues like this tho when insurance is a legal requirement and i’ve paid them so much money.

I’ve been with marmalade for about 2 months now. I’ve had to re download the app over 20 times. It doesn’t even open let alone let you click ‘start journey’. I called them up and they told me they are trying to fix it, in the mean time open it up on air plane mode , then click ‘start journey’ and turn off airplane made and make sure your data is on. Very time consuming! When I do click ‘start journey’ it says ‘have a safe journey’ and then goes back to the home screen saying ‘start journey’ which I find very confusing as to whether it has been clicked properly.
