Massimo Dutti: Clothing store 4+

I came across this brand a couple of years ago when i bought this jacket from tkmaxx, it was surprisingly really good quality, it was light and kept in all the heat, exactly what i needed for a British weather.

Anyways I purchased another jacket for winter, and I cannot exaggerate how much i loved it. Service was great, so comfortable and slick, lightweight. Feels expensive aswell…

Quite a steal if you ask me, the app interface itself is great and easy to use and navigate, you can access all your past orders and save an item for later and they even give you discounts every so often

I have bought several items online and need to return one of them. When I try to do this, it says to give the reason for the return which I did but the system doesn’t recognise it. So it tells me to contact customer service which is a robot that never likes the questions and before I have time to answer the multiple choice questions, it sends a new one and confuses the matter. So I get no answers and no help when all I want to do is print a return label. Now I have to wait until next week because you provide no assistance on weekends and your system doesn’t work. Don’t use AI and automated Qbots if you dont know how to structure it. I’m so annoyed that something that should have taken a couple of minutes to achieve is now turning into a time consuming saga. If you want a high quality brand image, then support the basics.

Sort yourself out. If you want your purchasing process to be self service, then make sure your tech works. I won’t shop with you again until your processes work.

Unfortunately I live in Northern Ireland and we have a very bad time trying to get their deliveries… they do not have a store in in the Northern which is a big pity as it would do very well but we have to do all our shopping on line with the result it gets lost in the post and then we are minus our monies for several weeks usually about 4/5 weeks before it is looked at in Italy headquarters and resolved. If you have bought something in the sale or in stock well you have lost it as they don’t honour your purchase even if you have paid for it. This is extremely disappointing and very frustrating with no intention of changing or resolving this problem. Massimadutti is a very large international company and we are a very small portion of an island that the majority of companies on the mainland won’t deliver to and the south are not interested in. 😢😥😭
