Featuring our signature blue meters, AP1 gives you access to your music library in a simple yet elegant interface inspired by the line of McIntosh audio equipment. Depending on a song's file type, the meters will accurately respond to the music level. AirPlay technology is included so you can wirelessly stream your music to an AirPlay compatible speaker system, like the McIntosh McAire.
Tap the McIntosh logo at any time to access additional features including a history of McIntosh and a dealer locator so you can easily find a showroom to experience a legendary McIntosh system firsthand. Wherever you may be, you’ll enjoy the soothing confidence of the blue meters and the glow of the Legend.

Ratings and Reviews
Needs an Equaliser
A great app. However reading other post, it definitely needs an equaliser and crossfading choices. I would be happy to pay a one off price to have these added facilities. It would then be able to compete with other apps that offer these choices.
After all these years, I’m surprised there’s not being any real updates and a paid version with added features.
Keeps crashing!!
Just installed the latest update, and if I want to listen to a playlist it'll only play one track then freeze, then after restarting it proceeds to shut itself down again. It was working perfectly before (though I'd rather search via albums instead of songs or artist!!) so please get it sorted quickly.
Equalizer Will Helps
Great sound! An equalizer with take this app to the next level,I must confess that the eq is a gr8 feature so you can customize frequencies to suits your-ears. Macintosh please update this great app! I’m Thanks!
