it’s actually a really good app. I like the way it’s all organised and you can track your progress seeing which topics you are weaker than the others. However, if you do get stuck on a question there is an AI assistant to come and help you answer the question. But sometimes this AI makes mistakes and it’s inaccurate so then you have to restart your whole working out again and it made me more confused then how I started off. So Medly, if you could fix the AI assistant and make it really accurate and actually read the question and then that would be great. Because my assistant started going on about a different question which was not the question I needed help for. But other than that issue it’s really good so thank you for making an app like this, but obviously like with most study apps. The obviously is a subscription, but I think I’m not sure if this is Medly because I’ve been using a lot of apps. I think you can pay for like a year and it’s like I don’t know over 100 quid so I like the fact that you can pay one off even though it is a hefty amount but not many apps like this let you pay once is usually a monthly subscription or weekly which takes even more money out from you.

The website is great, I’m using it for my GCSE 2026 exams. I was using the website for quite some time until I wanted to practice work on my iPad, but when I downloaded the app and tried logging in via Apple ID, I put my password in and it didn’t log me in, the password wasn’t wrong, it just took me back to the sign in page even though I already logged in. I tried deleting the app, restarting it, even downloading it on my phone to see if the issue was just my iPad yet it didn’t work there either. When I complained to my friend whom I’d shown the website she claimed the app did not work for her either. This really upsets me as I prefer to work on my iPad whilst I’m mobile, and the app not working takes a toll on the amount of work I can do in a day. Please fix your sign in issue!

DO NOT EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP! it just doesn’t work at all whatsoever, it can’t see what i’ve written so won’t mark my work and then the one time it let me submit it ( i had to scribble over it and undo it then it recognised i had written). it marked it wrong when it was correct (i know it was correct because it was ordering numbers and i can count) i then asked the chat and it said well done you were correct so i said why does it say 0/1 then and they said that must have been an error since your 7 looked too much like an arrow.. like what? and then i couldn’t retry since if wouldnt mark by section b as it couldn’t recognise i had written. i know it couldn’t recognise it as i asked why i couldn’t mark it and it said because i have written anything.l like yes i have.. i restarted my ipad aswell as deleting and reinstalling the app 5 times! i also deleted my account and tried to remake it but it remembered all my data after telling me it would forget it (what i wanted). i am seething with anger i wanted this app for my maths gsce in a few weeks for my weaker topics. i have no clue how to fix this BROKEN APP. the chat was idiotic and said it believed i had written but couldn’t see it like.. i hate ai and decided to give this a chance, i shouldn’t have and you shouldn’t either. everything about this is false advertised! AVOIDDDD

I found this app thanks for the powerhouse that is study with Kate and i was very excited to finally study effectively and get the feedback that i was lacking. When i went on the site a saw that you had to pay to use it, and while I appreciate that… £25!!!! That is wild. But when they have now opened meld Mondays i found that to be a very clever way to get more people on the app. However i think it would be better for users that instead of there being a timetable of when subjects to be released i think each user should be able to pick their own subject o use that a da. As that if one week is history and the next is economics and i don’t take those subject users like me will then have to wait 2 weeks to use the app. But nonetheless i think this app is really good tool or practice questions and looking on what you need to improve on. But i think that they should either give a cheaper option that doesn’t unlock it all and for say keep like practice test and textbook Locked or let the user pick what subject they would like to unlock each Monday
