Nothing but the bare minimum

Clearly very little time and attention is spent developing the app. It does the basics but nothing more, the UX is poor, the reports offer minimal insight, the contrast makes some info hard to read and the lack of Apple Health integration means you are expected to log everything here (ha! No). The hardware is great I just wish they would invest in the software too (this app + the web apps). Or make the data available via AppleHealth of other developers who can do a decent job can use the data.
