deleted all of my flash cards for a while!
it was really good and worked very smoothly, then it deleted all of my flash cards! not happy, luckily i had them somewhere else. then they reappeared!

Thank you for your review! Memoo features a very reliable cloud storage mechanism provided by Google, we haven’t had any report of data loss so far. The cards you create or update are saved in a remote database in real-time on Google data centers.
It is very likely that what you experienced was rather a temporary connection issue with your device or service provider, where your cards could not be loaded for some time, therefore giving the effect of been deleted despite those existing in the database and which were later loaded when the internet connection was reestablished.
Memoo works offline, however the offline mode is designed for temporary connectivity interruptions where the application was running and the connectivity is cut, so you can still perform updates, additions or study your cards, however data loading is unavailable at that point as cards need to be remotely loaded. You can always preload a deck by opening it and it will be available offline until the app is closed.

Kept getting told the email verification link had just expired. Every. Single. Time.
So no way to log in

Regarding the issue you are referring to, we haven’t received any reports of other users experiencing this issue, it seems like this could be a client email issue or your email anti-spam may be interfering with it.
