Use Mi Service Finder to find health & wellbeing services. The app, maintained by a dedicated team in the CCGs, gives up-to-date information about a variety of services.
The app provides current information about health and care services across the region. The information is updated around the clock by a dedicated team from the CCGs. You do not need a login and we do not ask for any personal information; you only need to enter your location. The app will show you services which are currently open and services which will be opening soon as well as the best method to contact or attend the service.
