Description
Si eres cliente de Yoigo, esta es tu aplicación. Con ella podrás gestionar desde tu móvil todo lo que tenga que ver con tus líneas:
- Acceso sencillo y permanente, la app te recuerda para que no tengas que introducir tus datos constantemente.
- Tu consumo: llamadas, datos consumidos, mensajes enviados, si tienes un bono contratado, todo lo que te puede interesar sobre tu línea.
- Tus facturas: podrás ver tus facturas de los últimos meses y descargarlas en PDF.
- Configuración: podrás activar o desactivar los servicios de tu móvil: roaming, buzón de voz… etc, o contratar bonos si lo necesitas
- Si tienes varias líneas, podrás consultar todas fácilmente desde la aplicación
- Y ahora, si utilizas el widget, es mucho más fácil saber tu consumo en todo momento.
Para usarla solo necesitarás tu móvil y tu clave de Mi Yoigo. Si todavía no tienes tu clave o no la recuerdas, puedes conseguirla al entrar en la propia aplicación.

They’re all the same
After reducing my bill down to 40€, I’ve only had one bill of 42€ the rest much over. They are all the same.
Pathetic
The app doesn’t give critical info like the date on which my tariff will be renewed (as a reminder to top up before then), so I often find myself going nuts trying to figure out when the next time I need to top up for is. Other times I go over the date and I start to use leftover credit (instead of the tariff) as I am not informed that this will happen before it actually does - making me spend unnecessary amounts of money due to a bad (or even a lack of) communication from the company. Additionally, it is not possible to top up through the app, I feel like I’ve travelled back in time every time I use the app - it’s well behind the present standards. I have used mobile phones in a few countries and I can say that this one is by far the dodgiest and least transparent - only being comparable to countries like Greece (where the experience has not been particularly positive). Please work on your transparency and your accessibility.
