At last they have got the app sorted out 👍 still 3 days behind but been told this is because it takes this long to retrieve the information from my meter !!!

Be careful if your British and use this company. It doesn’t support British bank accounts only Spanish. It gives a false impression it’s taking the money and it isn’t. You litterally have to wait until the final demand where there is an instant pay option and always pay late through that. Not sure it’s especially the app that’s wrong as the website is exactly the same.
