Inspired by the biopsychosocial model of mental health, Minderful is leading the next wave of wellness. Keeping our minds in shape needs a broad approach which celebrates our individual differences - two people might keep their minds in shape in completely different ways, and that's OK.

What's key is that we all need a few go-to activities we can rely on to help us feel our best, whatever life throws at us. Minderful takes you on a journey to discover and optimise your own mental fitness routine through inspiring content, psychological tools, and a supportive community.

The Minderful journey has four steps:

Explore.
Want to try something new but not sure where to start? All Minderful Series start with a quick audio overview so you can try an activity or practice on for size. What is it about a particular pastime that makes it good for your mind? What does the science say? How can you get started? Get the low-down in a couple of minutes or less.

Set yourself up for success.
Discovered an activity that you want to try? When you commit to a Minderful Series, you can invite a friend to be your Rock. They can view your progress during a Series, providing positive support and keeping you accountable as you progress.

Dive deeper.
During a Series, you'll listen to interviews with and thought-pieces from inspiring individuals who are leaders in their field - think everyday enthusiasts, professionals and practitioners, and top experts in mental health and wellness. Minderful finds the best sources of motivation and education to help you get started with a new practice and see if it works for you.

Build and revise your routine.
When you've completed a Series and done an activity in the real world, you earn a Minderful Badge. Build your Badge collection as you create and refine your mental fitness routine over time, trying out new things to do to help you feel your best.
