Understand the impact of every workout on your body with Mio APP, as it delivers personalized analytics for Training Effect, Training Load, Training Status and Recovery Time metrics. The Mio APP also provides access to Apple HealthKit, Strava and Selfloops so that you can maintain your workout history there.
The Mio APP connects to the new mioPOD - the heart rate training tracker. Pair your mioPOD with the Mio APP, select your desired training Heart Rate zones, and the MIO Cardio Pilot™ will prompt you to stay within your personal training intensity targets via haptic feedback and glanceable color light alerts.
Mio APP currently supports English and Chinese languages.

What a Scam
I have owned a MIO Go for about 2 to 3 years, brilliant product and worked flawlessly until I changed my phone and now can’t get the MIO Go app anymore. They are now called a difference company still trading as MIO but this new app will not support my MIO Go.....this has to be a scam, all they want to do is sell you a new HRM.....no chance, if I need to buy a new HRM I will buy one from a reputable company that does not rip you off like this one clearly does. Shame on you, shame on you......
Great training aid
As a previous customer of the legacy MIO LINK I wanted a more in depth analysis of my workouts. This app with the New HRM gives me that; I’ve not tried the subscription service yet as it does look a little pricey for an online offering in an app.
