Not fit for purpose
You cannot see tickets you have submitted meaning you cannot see if you have been responded to with a ticket number. I wish accommodations would use a different system to report issues as this app is awful.
Useless
This app is completely useless. Once I submitted the report it disappeared the next day. I can’t see my past reports, don’t know if it was even read and if it’s going to be resolved.
Can’t stupid more
I cannot even view my report history so how should I provide details as you asked to? excuse me ??
