For the last academic year, this application has been completely unusable, the app only brings up a grey screen and doesn’t change and hasn’t the whole academic year.
I second some previous reviews, this isn’t some gimmick, it is the fastest way to access the DLE and its content including checking into lessons.
This needs to be fixed and the fact it has been like this for so long is absurd considering the money we pay.
Worked last year, but now it desperately needs fixing
They need to sort this app out, it isn’t some entertainment thing that doesn’t matter, it’s usually the quickest way to access your timetable or have a quick glance at some DLE content.
These days it freezes up for minutes at a time (if it works at all); you have to log back in every time you use it; accessing DLE content causes it to crash.
What an embarrassment.
Unsuitable
This app fails to meet the needs of the student, regularly crashes, freezes and misinterprets the users intentions. It is unsuitable and just laughable. This is supposed to be efficient, useful and user friendly to support the student and their academic studies. Unfortunately, it is nothing but slow, inconvenient and useless.
