  • Mandatory Human Review Required: All content generated by Motics Scribe Agent must be reviewed and validated by a qualified healthcare professional before use in patient care, clinical documentation, billing, or any official purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors that could affect patient safety if not corrected.

    Not clinical decision support. This device does not provide diagnostic recommendations, treatment planning, drug prescribing advice, or clinical prioritisation. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals using their professional judgement.

    Clinicians must review for: transcription errors (medication names, dosages, negation errors, similar-sounding terms, numeric values), clinical note errors (hallucinated content, omissions, incorrect attribution), and coding errors (over-coding, under-coding, incorrect laterality).

    System Limitations:
    - Transcription accuracy may be reduced by background noise, multiple speakers, accents, or poor audio quality. Target accuracy is >95% in optimal conditions.
    - AI models may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs, including hallucinated content not present in the original consultation.
    - Internet connectivity is required for all features with specific mechanisms for offline workflows. System availability may be affected by planned maintenance or third-party service dependencies.

    Data Security: All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.3). Patient data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Users must maintain secure credentials, enable two-factor authentication, and report suspected security incidents to compliance@motics.ai.
