PROGRAM • Strength progression now ratchets up automatically based on what you actually lifted. • The Program view auto-expands the first session that still has work left — and respects your choice once you tap a different one. • HealthKit auto-completion fix: scheduled sessions were being silently marked done by unrelated workout imports (e.g. a 60-min Lower Body session "completed" by a 30-min imported run). Now requires category match (cardio↔cardio, strength↔strength) and ≥80% duration overlap. NUTRITION • Setup wizard shows your RMR and DEXA values during onboarding. • Your coach can now move your calorie targets, and macro changes save reliably. • Snack names persist after you confirm (no more reverting to "breakfast"). • Daily snapshot preserves your scheduled rest days. • Quick-add (+) on food search now uses your most-recently-logged portion for each food — e.g. 10g of honey if that's how you log it, not the 21g database default. Per-row inline overrides + a brief "added" confirmation. • Weekly Brief now flags when the underlying data looks suspect (duplicate-write workout clusters, missing RPE) so you know when to trust it. ACCOUNT & LAUNCH • Loading screen shows a visible hint when launches are taking longer than usual (so you know the app is still working, not frozen). • Share / tour flow no longer loops on already-subscribed accounts. • More reliable paywall restore and purchase error handling.
