Movistar Prosegur Alarms app will allow you to control your alarm in a very simple way, at any time and from anywhere.
With our app you can:
- Connect, disconnect and partially connect your alarm.
- View images of your home or business.
- Check the status of your alarm.
- Access information about the activity of your alarm.
- Receive videos of your home or business in the event of an alarm trip (if your system support it).
- Receive notifications of your alarm events in real time.
- Change your keyword and counter keyword.
- Modify your contacts plan that our Central station will call in the event of an alarm trip.

- View live videos and access the recordings for both cloud video and CCTV (if you have available these services).

In this app I cannot see any details or recordings from a security camera. A technician was in my property today and with a different phone he can see recordings. I have installed on a Samsung phone and I can too. However on the IPhone - I only get a blank screen instead of showing me recorded movements.
Buggy as, very frustrating
Can’t connect to wifi networks with 360 camera, just gives error when trying to hit connect button.
Face ID will scan multiple times, this morning 10 times before opening the app and being able to interact with the system.
The 360 camera controls don’t always appear when you need to move the camera. Some movement controls lock on and the camera doesn’t stop moving.
If I leave a door open with a magnetic sensor and the alarm is triggered it takes 5 minutes or more before the app shows which sensor triggered the alarm. Any other alarm company would not even let you start the connect process of a sensor is open but Movistar make that difficult too.
Also not being able to configure which sensors are used in total and partial modes is annoying and basic. Especially considering building works where I have to make a call, wait and then check it has been done properly.
All in, the app and the functions of the alarm leave a LOT to be desired. Just because you’re a big brand, it doesn’t mean you should just ignore customers and do what you think is right.

It would be more useful if info was available in English.
Your response was appreciated but NOT understood. Which device are you referring to. If it is my I phone x, I do not appear to have a “system “ in my settings. All I want is for the messages to appear in English. Is that possible? Thanks

The app you downloaded already support English language. You will need to set the device language to English in the configuration:
Settings=>System=>Languages & Input=>Languages
