Would be helpful if messages were in English as that was what was promised when we signed up.
Poor service and system not doing the job
Really disappointed with this, we have been waiting for our to be fixed now for 7 weeks and still no further forward. Before the update we could view the premises as a live camera and then after the update we could no longer do this. We also have 3 cameras but only 2 show via the app and the picture is quite blurred. The company is quick to take their money but not so quick to fix the problems. We have been asking now for 2 weeks to rectify it or take the system out and refund us and we will go to a Company which can do what they were SUPPOSED to do but strangely they don’t respond with this. Would never recommend them at all.
Needs work
Updates to status often lost when out and about. Cameras don’t work from mobile app. Remote set and unset extremely variable but mainly non functional. Actual status often incorrect. We have remote with 2 partial set options but there’s only one in the app???
Some good ideas that simply don’t work.
For such a big company to have such a poor app makes the app look like a sales gimmick rather than as a functional app. Fingerprint log in does work well. (iPhone)
