One of the best
I downloaded this app last year because there was a student off on it. So far I've earned over £75 worth of vouchers. What I love is it's a simple and safe app with a good friend referral scheme, as well as a constantly expanding voucher library which has doubled since I joined. My two faults for this app are that firstly some surveys let you click on them but then say you're not what they're looking for, and this happens regularly enough that it's frustrating, and secondly, the payments per survey can be quite small so it can take a while to actually build up any points on the system. That being said this app has given me more for my responses than any other, and I receive the rewards from them rather than just empty promises. Overall a good app, not quite 5 stars because at the start I used to get 200 points per survey now I only get 40.
Smooth
What I mostly like about this app is how modern it looks and how smooth it runs. For each job given you earn a good fair amount each day. I’ve had the app for about less than 2 months and I’ve already made £20 selling my data. Remember you’re data is sold without you even knowing, so it’s good to make something for nothing.
Best part is there is an option to withdraw the money into a virtual Visa card which can be used in almost any online store, only downside is that you can’t withdraw the cash in hand. But hey who uses cash these days.
Overall, a great app for when u need a bit cash for online shopping.
Amazing customer service
I was having trouble with contacting customer service using my email which is connected to the app so I reached out to them explaining that my email address had stopped working, but that I have tried to redeem points. In the past I have rarely been met with such great customer service so wasn’t even expecting a reply, but the amazing customer service people quickly got in contact and without even asking took it upon themselves to kindly change my email address for the app. I wish I had such luck when I went to the coffee shop to use my points as the service there was shocking lol. Thank you for the great customer service :)
