Description
This app provides you with services and useful tools to get the most out of your connected appliances.
For example, start your laundry cycle remotely, find information on care labels and advice on how to clean and keep your garments looking like new for longer in our Care Advisor.
You can register, connect, monitor, control and update your connected appliances, browse accessories and consumables in our web shop and get advice on how to keep your appliance clean and efficient.
The app also gives access to tailored information and services for your appliance, trouble-shooting and of course your appliance manual – you can also get in touch with us for support.
We regularly update the app based on feedback, including new functions, bug fixes and general improvements.

I like the idea but i think the app needs polishing. Connected Dryer easily but had trouble with the washer.
I’d like my app to notify me when wash is finished but it doesn’t.
Not as simple as i’d thought to use!
Hopefully future updates will improve.
And maybe eventually the app can unload the washing, iron it and put it away! You never know!
It’s Good
I’ve had the machine for six months now and must say I’m impressed. The size of the drum is huge, the 1600 spin means that clothes come out almost dry. The economy programmes mean that energy and water consumption are kept in check. And the washing results are great. I haven’t used every programme but even the quick washes give great results. I’m keeping an eye on the pennies and this machine is a great help.
Four stars is no slight, I would give five if I’d used all the programmes but can’t speak for them at present.
So far, so good!
What’s the point, like most apps?!
Ok I receive an email saying my appliance comes with an app (thought it was wrong!) download said app, and no option to add any appliance other than a washing/drying appliance, here’s a random idea, don’t send to people that have purchased an oven to invite them to download an app that’s totally useless to them!
Dear god can companies get anything right these days?!?
Life isn’t so hard but companies sure as hell make it way more taxing than it need be, try paying attention to what you’ve actually sold your customers when they register for the warranty so you don’t send dumb emails that are a pure waste of limited time alive!
Last time I checked, customers, you know the same as you all are want things that work properly and NOT have their time wasted!
