Difficult to stay in chat mode
Found it very hard to have 2 way chat. Difficult to find where to type as well as actual typing - very easy to get typos as typing area so small and difficult to check before sending. Not user friendly

I'm really impressed with this app. Not only a nice remote control on your phone, but also so many other useful features. You can view and search the TV guide & on demand content, book recordings, change settings, and check your account. The app is fast, and so much easier to navigate with the phone rather than using the standard remote control. Well done, this app is brilliant!
