MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and Citroën dealerships.

All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

Ratings and Reviews
I’ve used the app with my C4 Picasso since I got the car without any problems. I recently did the software update in the car as recommended by the app, and updated the app as well. Now when I use the app, under the Driving/Journeys section I find not all journeys are recorded in the app. A few are missing. Why?
When I assign a category to my journeys, the app changes the details of the journey to Unknown Address. Both from and to fields change for no reason. I close the app and go back in and the addresses have changed but not always back to what they were. Weird!
I usually enter the fuel price into the app when I fill the car up but noticed that it changed the price in my journeys that were completed before I filled up, this making some of my journeys seem dearer than they actually were. Had to go back and manually change several journeys. With the rapidly increasing price of fuel, I regularly use this feature in the app to work out the cost of my journeys and see if I can cut costs (perhaps ease off the accelerator a bit, or walk)
Can you fix these glitches?
Update - prompting sorted - but more problems now!
This is a good app using with my eC4 HOWEVER there is one outstanding issue that needs sorting ASAP - namely the prompt to allow the app to connect - this only comes up after starting to drive - which is downright dangerous and it is illegal In the UK to touch phone when driving. the support needs to sort this so it auto connects when the app is open! also the latest update has changed the type of journey icon colours to a bland monochrome which is not so easy to identify - a case of it not being broke so we'll fix it! sort these simple fixes and it is a 5* app without doubt clicking on the support for the app takes you to the truly awful citroen site and no simple method of contacting support UPDATE 5/4/23 after the C4 touch screen update it now auto connects without prompting - which is about time- HOWEVER it now rarely allows you to merge journeys saying impossible to merge non-consecutive journeys - even when the journeys ARE consecutive - this really is an extremely poorly developed app as it seems all the PSA group apps are - and I know that unless this is sorted out my next car WILL NOT be a Citroen or any PSA group car - and I have heard many others say the same - I know many think why would you change a car - well we live in a connected world so this becomes increasingly vital - developers need to up their game or be Sacked as they are damaging the brand with this Cr** app
Very poor App needs a lot more development
In todays market compared to other Car Manufacturers Apps this App is very poor and lacks all the functionality most Apps give you today and it is also has very poor connectivity to the vehicle. I have an EC4 and would expect an awful lot more from an App from a brand such as STELLANTIS. It needs developing to a much higher level Connectivity: 1/We have to connect to the car every time you get it. It should be connected all the time!! This is really bad and very new to me 2/ Charge session doesn’t update live to tell you the up to date state of charge 3/ Sending my journey to the the car doesn’t happen. Functions: 1/ Little or no interaction with vehicle 2/ Charging speed is in MPH and not in KWh, KWh is the standard but could be useful to have both. 3/ This battery technology should be regularly charge to an 80% level only even the manual states that. But there is no function in the app to limit this which is in virtually every other Mfrs App. 4/ Tracking - track the car in case of theft 5/ Locking- checking if the car is locked or not and the ability to lock it if it is not 6/ Journey categories - the default is other!!! We should be able to choose our default - I cannot personalise this as I have to change each journey to personal. I could go on and on but as you can see from all the recent app comments it is not getting good reviews
