What a car

I have always driven Ford vehicles but due to poor service from there service department i decided to try something different and wow is my Duster different it is so easy to drive the seats are comfortable the steering is light and very positive the automatic transmission is fantastic we returned from Cornwall on just a 1/4 of a tank full of petrol. My wife loves driving it as well. We purchased it from SMC in Weybridge Martin the sales person was fantastic at hand over he took his time to explain everything and we felt like we were in safe hands Thanks Martin & SMC

What a car

Thankfully the latest update seems to have solved the issue with connecting my iPhone via CarPlay to my Dacia Duster, fingers crossed that this continues to be the case. Before the latest update it was very hit or miss when trying to link my iPhone to the onboard touchscreen. One other issue concerns, why do I have to sign out of the app to view the instruction manual relating to my Dacia Duster? Surely it would make more sense for the instruction manual to be available with the rest of my cars relevant information? Another issue is with my order, why does it still state that my car is awaiting collection when i’ve been driving it for the last six weeks? It would be nice to see more information regarding how the Duster is performing. I know the app is still in its infancy so hopefully in time will develop into a more intuitive experience.

Bigster Issue

I have tried several times to connect this app to my new Bigster with no success at all. It continues to come up with errors every time it loads. Very frustrating. Update app now works but is pointless as it give limited information and does not provide functionality like open and close doors or starting air con before entering the car. It literally shows the fuel and range. Not sure it was worth the effort of getting it working. Developers when are you going to provide some functionality that is worth the space it takes up.

I ordered my Dacia Duster last October when I traded in my Dacia Logan , I went to Dacia Dealer Arnold Clark in Hillington Glasgow , The Salesman (Harry) was very good explaining everything to me picking my colour, spare wheel etc although it was a 6 month waiting I was kept informed even getting a phone call that it had just been delivered to the Dealership if I wanted to view it before it got number plates and valeted . I just love the driving experience in a well built car and plenty of room with large boot space would definitely recommend it thanks Derek
