my.hyndburn is a mobile app developed for you to report issues directly to Hyndburn Borough Council, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You can attach photos and any other relevant information to your report and pin-point the exact location using your phone or tablet mapping software.
Once submitted, your report will be dealt with by the relevant service delivery team.

Quality = Very Poor (as expected)

I tried the App because the web site didn't work. The App has no redeeming features, much like the Borough itself. Love the fabulous options menu. A barren wasteland of creativity, bereft of style and content. One unexpected delight was my new found opportunity to report all those dead animals and junkies needles I come across on a daily basis. This popped up automatically after registration. Very odd.

Worst app in history

Nothing works on the app. NEVER SENDS YOU THE TXT REMINDER. You can tell it’s a Tory council utter rubbish at every and don’t care about the service they provide, only care about getting your money.

Like the council full of disappointment

This used to work great but now it never loads , yet another waste of money and if you are thinking of downloading the app I wouldn’t bother it’s a waste of time .
