Excellent
This is a really good app. It certainly appears to be accurate and I am really pleased with it.
Just one extra I would like to see. As each new strike is recorded in the map it would be useful to highlight it, perhaps a circle around it or by blinking on and off. If you are looking at it when there are a lot of strikes around you cannot easily tell which are new and which you have already seen a little earlier.
Changed my life
As someone with sensory processing issues, thunderstorms have always been extremely problematic for me. The mere sight of a black cloud is enough to stop me from leaving the house. Now I have so much more reassurance and freedom. I have plenty of warning of when storms are heading my way, so can make sure I’m in a safe place before they arrive.
Useful app’ but not accurate 5 mins or so lag!!
If the lightning strikes were more on time as they happen I’d pay a lot more for the purchase. As I went to the location of the strikes and the storm had moved away from the Area! So I was 5+ mins behind it! Needs some more on time Pin point accuracy!
But I gave you 5 star for the apps layout and idea.
