Never ever again will I return to the Outllook app. I searched for an app that allows you to empty junk/spam with one action - outllook you have to delete each message individually. The app is so easy to use and seems totally designed for easy utility. Took me only a little while to work out how it is set up and now Its is so easy to access mail and empty complete spam folders without having to highlight every mail. Other good features- variety of themes, easy to find and access unread mails. Much easier to manage folders and move mail. Not given 5* as only been using 3 days so will comeback in a month and add the final star if all is still good - now amended about two years on - still a good app

This App used to be good, but do not know what has happened recently 🙄The app now takes ages to update when an email is received. I have other Mail applications and they are updated instantly. Very annoying when you see an email has arrived, but cannot view it as it does not update. I did give feedback to this affect and was just fobbed off with the reply that it normally takes 5 to 15 minutes to update. In my opinion this is a shameful attitude to have and give to customers who use this app. Also second gripe is that many times when using the Wi-fi and 4g the app will not even connect ! Again I received no response apart from being asked to give some diagnostic report. This I was unable to do so as they made it impossible to understand what they were saying. When I said I did not understand they just came back with the response of it takes 5 to 10 minutes to update. Seems they have a no care attitude !

My emails now don’t come through when they are sent. On my iPhone it started to beep continually and when I checked I would have 40+ emails and not just from that time, they would show as now but when I went into the email it would show the right time. I got so fed up with it happening I remove the app and installed something else. It is now happening on my iPad and I’m going to delete it from this as well. It used to be a great app but others are now overtaking it. You can always tell what a company is like by how they reply to reviews. 99% of the responses are a standard response irrelevant of what the review says. I believe every person that writes a review deserves the courtesy of having their review read and some form of acknowledgment of what has been said.UPDATE - It happens on most of my accounts not just one

For a long time this was a brilliant App, fast, reliable and able to handle multiple email accounts! The latest version they have tried to "pretty up" is (a) unbelievably slow, we are talking "go and make a cup of tea while you wait for a response" and, more seriously, (b) keeps freezing up while you are typing then catches up with a rush so you can see all your typing mistakes made whilst entering blind! I really wish I wasn't so deeply entrenched and committed to this app as it is now seriously annoying me! I really miss tho original version . . . . . NB: no, it's not my iPad as everything else works like lightening compared to MyMail!UPDATE: it's got worse! The App is now actively denying me access to my email accounts, both in my own domain and on gmail. I have had to revert to another, inferior App simply to use email on my iPad. BE WARNED, MyMail will lead you into comfortable dependence then drop you in "it"
