So when I first got this app it was great but.

I’ve used this app on other phones before mostly androids and have never had a problem. However now more than ever the use of it is invaluable as I need access to my emails for bills and work. However since changing to iPhone the app has since stop showing my emails! Its frustrating when I’m out and about as I then have to go into my browser and sign in manually just to gain information, hardly convenient. I’ve given it 2 stars because at least it works some of the time and I can still send emails but utterly useless otherwise. Fix this bug!!!!

Great but noticed a bug

I like this app and it is very easy to use. It mostly works well and it makes it really easy to look at two email accounts on the one app. A minor annoyance is the email notifications don’t clear fully for me. When I get an email, the red bubble appears next to the app on my home screen. However, when I enter the app and read the email the red bubble does not go away. I have to enter the app again, click on the email, then go back two screens to the first page of the app (where you see stuff like ‘trash’, ‘spam’, ‘inbox’, ‘sent’). Then the little ‘1’ next to ‘inbox’ clears and the red bubble clears on the home screen. It’d be better if the notification cleared as soon as I read the email (it used to). I’ll try deleting and reinstalling the app. I like the service otherwise! Sorry this explanation is so long, I just wanted it to be clear.

Good when working!

Not sure if it’s the constant updates but I delete this App Monthly it was fortnightly as it starts to slow down and freeze, the delayed keyboard input is funny the first time then one letter takes 30 plus seconds to register!
I have reported this twice, it’s neither my server nor a virus on my iPad or my MacBook. My iPad up to date yet have to download an older version of the App why?
I rated this a 5 before as its excellent when it works but had to drop off One Star for the inconvenience. And presently I still delete as the app does not turn on after a period but does so again after deleting. My iPad is up to date yet the newer App will not load and I get a backdated version. More forced obsolescence in this non recycling green World. Isn't it about time this policy of halting updates was reversed?
