Just Frustrating
Mediclinic doesn’t allow for more than a single parent to “care” for their child. Very dated thinking.
The app is very buggy and frustrating to use. My son has THREE profiles in the app because the data management is a mess!
I selected to filter for a Dr. in the next 24hrs, i was shown a list with each one indicated as available “Today”, but once tapping to book the availability was more like 5 DAY OUT!!!
Just a waste of time and doesn’t help when managing a sick kid!

iOS update on app takes me to Google play store 🤦🏽♂️
Frustrating app experience and the update button inside iOS app is taking me to Google play store. Also on play store permissions, the app wants all my calendar information no restrictions. Why do you need all read access?? Edit and write your appointments, not full access. Ridiculous.

Doesnt work
The availability on the search results is never the same as the availability when you go to book so you waste so much time moving between screens with different information.
You cannot search by hospital AND speciality, only or the other.
It’s much easier just to call for an appointment, the app is very frustrating.
