MyNice Welcome 4+

Very unreliable. Spent £100 on the Wi-fi module for my gate but the app is so unreliable. I thought it might be due to a poor Wi-fi signal from the house so I installed another Wi-fi access point right next to the gate controller but still the same results.
Usually the gate comes up as ‘unavailable’ when you open the app. And it can take a while for it to respond. This is very frustrating when combining with IFTTT and location services as the gate more often than not, does not open in time for my arrival.
I have a Hikvision intercom also connected but that has no issues opening the gate via app within seconds.

Spent £100 on the Wi-Fi dongle and managed to get it working through ifttt once authorised. Then one day it drops off, so reset device and reconnect it to wifi, it then won’t re- pair to ifttt (although it tells you it has) and after about 10 mins this app itself forgets it’s connected to a device (it’s like you’ve just redone loaded the app). After trying to get it to recognise my gates, again, it tells me it’s already paired to a user and I will need their permission! But as the app has forgotten me there is no way of granting permission! And no way of logging back in so that it knows I am the admin user. Waste of money, don’t bother!

The wifi dongle was attached to the Nice board at the gate. Connects lights up fine.
Second time you open the app, failure. Can not find the dongle. Checked my Eufy Doorbell works fine next to the gate , perfect Wifi Signal. The dongle has a problem connecting to the app it seems. The dongle itself lights up fine. Very poor design. Is there any other app we can use ?
