Description
Control your Nice automated gate and garage door with just one touch. MyNice Welcome is the app that lets you open, close, and control the status of your gate and garage door automations, using MyNice technology and the IT4WIFI interface.
With the MyNice Welcome app you can also create scenarios or schedule single or recurring actions, and check your automations movements’ history. You can also manage users: modify the profiles of users who are already registered, or authorise new ones.

Glitchy!
Very unreliable. Spent £100 on the Wi-fi module for my gate but the app is so unreliable. I thought it might be due to a poor Wi-fi signal from the house so I installed another Wi-fi access point right next to the gate controller but still the same results.
Usually the gate comes up as ‘unavailable’ when you open the app. And it can take a while for it to respond. This is very frustrating when combining with IFTTT and location services as the gate more often than not, does not open in time for my arrival.
I have a Hikvision intercom also connected but that has no issues opening the gate via app within seconds.
Can’t see how this works
Downloaded app to link to our electric gates.
Can’t add them as they aren’t on the wi-fi system, hardly a shock there when they are outside my house!
Thought this would be nice and simple but it appears not! Guess I’ll be deleting the app then?!?!?
Less bad than it used to be
It used to not pair and the only way to get the accessory connected was through HomeKit, but the recent release has fixed that. Now it just crashes all over the place when statuses change. It’s nice to see a IFTTT option but at the moment it’s pretty unusable because of all the crashes. Stick to the HomeKit version of the app for now.
