Totally unreliable in cases of emergencies, be it sending or receiving money

Hello, We're sorry for the inconvenience, but the customer service is doing everything it can to help you. If a transfer was not credited automatically, we simply did not receive the funds or there was a particular problem that required manual management of the transfer. And in this case, unfortunately, additional delays are to be expected. Fortunately, everything goes well most of the time :). We hope things will improve for you.

Ridiculous

Tried opening account the asked for proof of address the app doesn’t let u send bills in pdf despite them saying you can but I can’t take a photo coz my bills are emailed… so emailed them the proof they say it’s ok and sorted… then get a message to upload proof to app (again I can’t) they tell me to email it so again I email it they say thanks all updated… I then ask how long account will be and they reply with waiting for my address.. tell me to upload it on the APP??? I can’t!!! I’ve emailed it 3 times… complete waste of 2 weeks

Funding in account

This must be a joke, my account got suspended, I email support they answered me that’s fine, they never told me the reason for suspension or anything just saying they suspended it, now when I ask what will happen with the fund in my account I did not receive any answers, in the middle of This living crises they want to go and hold my funds away from me.

We are very sorry to hear about the situation you have faced, we understand how important financial issues are to our users and we treat them with the highest level of attention to meet your expectations.

In accordance with European banking regulations, our custodian bank may carry out a routine verification in some cases. When this requires further verification by the banking authorities, the account may be temporarily blocked during this period.

However, we would like to point out that we reply to every email we receive. After verification we did reply to those e-mails.
