The account doesn’t allow you at the moment to execute bank transfers and instead of saying account it seems to ASK FOR IBAN LENGTH ACCOUNT NUMBER very irritating

Explain the purpose of your card and account
Why can’t I use Saurus application without stress , been trying to make transfer and I keep getting error message, I had messaged the customer support No response, if there’s suspicious activity please I urge you to refund the payment back to the sender please. Every time I try to use the application it’s never straightforward . I had terrible experience already since day one why?
