Stay well away from this bank! Their customer service is atrocious! I've banked with them for over two years and during that time I've had numerous problems which they never seemed able to fully resolve. I rang them up to tell them that I'm not receiving text authentication codes to enable me to log into my business account. A day later the problem had still not been sorted out and I rang them again (at 11pence pm!) this time their operative put me on hold before returning to tell me that she didn't believe I was who claimed to be (despite having answered all the usual security questions correctly) when I attempted to query this she promptly hung up on me! I rang back, went through the security questions again and spoke to another operative who promised faithfully to sort out the issues on my business account and ring me back. This was at 9-30am and by 3pm he still hadn't rung me! I once again rang them and spoke to another person who once again put me on hold. When she eventually returned she informed me that their payments dept had suspended my account because they believed that I wasn't who claimed to be but was in fact my son who was impersonating me! Dear God! You couldn't make it up! My son, who has worked for me for 25 years has never accessed or tried to access my business account, what on earth could he gain from doing so? I tried to explain to card one that they were seriously compromising my business but my pleas fell on deaf ears as did my requests to speak to their payments dept or someone with more authority! My business turns over some £130,000 pa but card one appear to be quite happy to lose my custom which they most certainly will do when and if I regain access to my account !

Don’t feckin sign up to these scum bags they hold any money you have sent in even if its from your partner asking for bank statements from whoeverYou’ve got money off you then have to ring them which charges you 11p a minute they don’t ever answer! It’s a feckin biggest bank scam out there don’t sign up to them report them to the financial obunsasman and get these feckers closed down

Need Apple Pay and less charge on subscription other than that I’m happy
