One of the best I’ve played!

Loving this game, puzzles are very good, graphics are great, best puzzle game I’ve played in ages!

Game has a glitch

The game has a glitch and you can only get so far there doesn’t seem to be a way of sorting it out and you can’t get any help from the manufacturer do you not bother buying as you will not get a refund or any help.
I’m at a loss of what to do
