Things to remember:
The first time you use the app you must have a MySure account to login. If you do not already have a MySure account simply visit www.sure.com and click MySure.
You will need your account number and bill reference number if you are a pay monthly customer and your Sure mobile number if you are a Pay As You Go customer.
The MySure app is free, but any data you use to access functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit.

Terrible App
The problem with the app is you never know if it is going to display the right information or not. It looks like an app from 2009 it’s ugly and bulky which wouldn’t be an issue if it actually displayed the right information.
Unable to top up
Bloody useless app that does not appear to have a way to update- change credit card details.
My old card expired, so I need to add new one... but even after an attempted and failed top up with the old card it does not give you option to add a new card. Nothing in menu either.
Like the rest of Sure Customer Service, it is pretty poor
Need to go to Website and log in there to change details. So if you run out of credit, tether a laptop to the phone for internet... you can’t top up ... bloody pain
Doesn’t Accept Email Address
The app complains that I’m using an invalid email address despite the registration page being perfectly happy with an email address containing a “+” character.
Perhaps the developers could read the email RFCs and fix the arbitrary restrictions to the email field verification.
Or if they’re determined to do it wrong, do it consistently wrong and don’t allow account registration using the same character rules!
