Great, well thought out application.
Very informative, cuts out a lot of guesswork. Great for frequent fliers, or even first time visitors to the States - plus it's free! No reason not to download this. Highly recommended.
Rubbish
Doesn’t even give you live queue times. No ability to complain. TSA are the disgrace of the US. The worst immigration and customs service in the world including developing countries.
Useless
Basically useless as it will only say 31+ if waiting is more that 31 minutes. What is the point since you don’t know if waiting is 31 minutes or 2 hours?
