Oops something went wrong!

Indeed, something did go wrong - your app! All I get is this error message when I try to go into the app - even though I am logged in. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app, I’ve signed in and out but I just get Oops something went wrong - please tap and try again. That doesn’t work. It keeps trying the facial recognition log in (which works) but then I just get the error message again. Really irritating as I have to log into the full site to place an order. Please sort it out.

Things that make you go mmmmm!

As much as I enjoy a gozz down the aisles, or a summer wine tasting picnic, this is the one-stop-shop that guarantees you honest reviews that ensure you get the right wines for you, down to earth prices and inspiring wines from around the world. There’s no going back for me now, it’s taken the exhaustion out of finding decent wines at the end of a shopping trip with reluctant kids trailing behind me. Now I can choose when it suits me and I enjoy learning so much about these fabulous wine makers while I peruse the site.

Was really good until...

I am impressed with the app with one fatal flaw... the occasional login confirmation.

Security is important but it should not impede the customer experience. This app has a concept off getting you to confirm your password. The problem is that it won’t pick this up from your stored passwords in the phone. Better to log you out and expect you to login again (I had to do this). I use a password manager so my passwords are totally random, no chance I’ll remember them.
